According to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1510 of November 7, 2024, an experiment is being conducted in the Russian Federation to test new digital mechanisms for crossing the state border by foreign citizens, including those arriving in the country for educational purposes.
This experiment provides for the introduction of digital services and tools aimed at simplifying the procedures of entry, registration, and identification of foreign citizens.
In this regard, we kindly ask the international participants of the “Winter University in Engineering Sciences” project to review the official informational materials:
